RADHE MGB Technical Service LLC has been established in the Year 2024 with a sincere intention to have an understanding and approachable company that can provide property asset maintenance as well as décor design and implementation services to retail customers who have a limited budget or those wishing to execute works in stages based on their cash flow availability.
We provide reliable and professional services in the field of Building Maintenance (Civil, Architectural, Interior decoration, Façade, Roof) rectifying issues in Villas and Apartments with regards to MEP services as well (Electrical, HVAC systems, Plumbing, Drainage). We also provide technical services like décor design, drafting and execution.
We focus on our growth by building long term relationship with every customer by providing highly professional, on-time, efficient services and concentrating on feed-back and follow-up. We aim to get repeat orders from all our customers. Our founder has felt a few gaps in the local market when he had a limited budget every month to spend on his quality-depleting building asset. It was difficult to get a recommendation from his known circles or when he got them in, it had some gaps like- appointment to be booked several days ahead, paid and wait with no idea if the solution is pocket-friendly and trust-worthy. Some companies say to find “others” to resolve issues like waterproofing, broken bathtub, redoing vanity counters, damaged bathroom door, stained false ceiling repairs, hydraulic springs replacement of kitchen cabinets, Inbuilt LED strip light replacements in timber joinery, fly net replacement for Aluminium & PVC doors, landscape tree cutting and removal, etc…  So we decided to take care of all such works as a single entity to make the life easier for the customer!

Then, we have gone through Google reviews of various front runners, who are all busy and in rush. Basically, we found Plumbing / Drainage and Aircon are the most repeated maintenance issues. Customers are happy with some technicians and not with all. With these in mind we choose our human resources. Customer satisfaction and follow-up are our criteria to grow organically and run the company with systems in place.
